Pastor Tyler Shinnick

2014 - Present

Pastor Tyler Shinnick grew up in Appleton, Wisconsin. He attended Fox Valley Lutheran High School, graduating in 2006. He then went on to Martin Luther College, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in 2010. He graduated from Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in 2014 with a Master of Divinity.Upon graduation from the Seminary, he was assigned to serve as an associate pastor at Martin Luther Church in Neenah. He oversees the congregation’s outreach, assimilation and retention, and member care.

In 2011 he married Callie Dublinski. Callie is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin--Eau Claire, where she studied elementary education. Callie taught for one year at St. Marcus Lutheran School in Milwaukee, and for two years at St. Mark Lutheran School in Green Bay. She currently stays home to care for the Shinnicks’ three children, Savannah, Jonah and Zoe.

The Shinnicks consider themselves blessed to serve God’s people at Martin Luther and in Neenah.

Pastor Martin Loescher

2021 - Present

Pastor Martin Loescher was born to Pastor Kurt and Julie Loescher on February 23, 1995. He was blessed to grow up with nine siblings, including one twin brother. His father and two of his brothers also serve as pastors.

Martin grew up in Jackson and graduated from Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School in 2013. From there he went on to Martin Luther College where he met his wife, Hope (nee Werre.) Hope graduated with degrees in secondary music and elementary education. They were married after graduation MLC on June 24, 2017, and now have a baby daughter, Eleanor.

After college, Martin went on to Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary, and Hope taught at Peace Lutheran School in Hartford, and Morning Star Lutheran in Jackson. Martin and Hope spent their vicar year in Denver, where Martin served Christ Lutheran Church and did Hispanic outreach. During his senior year at the seminary, he served as a senior vicar at Christ Alone Lutheran Church in Mequon where he ran their youth ministry program. He came to Martin Luther Church after graduating seminary, in 2021.

Martin is fluent in Spanish, and enjoys singing and playing the trumpet. Some of his favorite pastimes include fishing, hiking, camping, and playing sports. Hope enjoys being outdoors, singing, and playing flute, piano, and organ. Best of all, they love gathering around God’s Word with his people at Martin Luther!
